Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx SmartPost or Ground . FedEx will drop off your package without signature unless you ask for required signature at checkout. An additional cost will be applied for this option but if you feel that this is necessary please request required signature. We cannot be responsible for missing packages if required signature was not requested. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping to the 48 contiguous states is a flat rate of $6.00 with free shipping on orders over $50. Shipping prices to Alaska and Hawaii are weight based. At this time international shipping is only available through our online distributors. Please visit locarbcanada.com and Netrition.com to place an international order.
In order to maintain the quality and freshness of our products, we can only accept returns that are shipped back to us within 14 days of the arrival date. There is a 15% restocking fee on all items returned. The customer pays return shipping fees which are weight based. FiberGourmet is not responsible for any return shipping costs.
Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your order. To begin the returns process please email us at email@example.com and you’ll be provided with further instructions and the return address.
If you require a shipping label emailed to you simply let us know. If you choose this option, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately to have the problem resolved. If you believe there is a defect with your order we ask that you Do Not ship your product back to us without emailing us first (firstname.lastname@example.org). Contacting us first will ensure that your issue is resolved immediately and appropriately.
