My Aunt said that she was now on weight watchers which started us talking about good snacks. I gave her one of my nacho cheese bags. Needless to say, she will be placing an order soon.
I bought the 80 calorie Lite Cheese Snacks through a weight loss center in my area, and absolutely LOVE THEM!!! Prior to finding these, I had been eating Cheez-Its. First of all, I want to thank your company for it's great products. I discovered Fiber Gourmet from a review that was done on the Hungry Girl website. I would love to see Fiber Gourmet develop a low calorie - high fiber pancake mix. I have the feeling that if anyone could do it, you could do it. I currently use Fiber One pancake mix when I want pancakes or waffles, but considering that one serving of their mix contains only 5 grams of fiber, 180 calories and 3.5 grams of fat, I'm sure you could out-do them easily and create something delicious with half the calories and three or four times the fiber. In the meanwhile, I'll continue to order your pasta and crackers. Thanks for having these great products available!

we think your pasta is fabulous and talk to everyone about it. The rotini and penne are the only pasta we use now. I make a roasted spaghetti sauce and we freeze it in packages mixed with the cooked penne or rotini. Tastes great! the crackers make a great snack and we are excited about them as well. I tried them for the first time today and had a bag of each of the flavors and although it’s been a while since I had them, just looking at the empty pouches makes me swoon all over again!

I like weight watchers because you have anything you want but on a limited quantity. I could never get over not having pasta as I am a pasta freak. dear fiber gourmet folks, finally! a reduced calorie, high fiber, high protein pasta that actually tasts great!!!! i recently became aware of your product via the kim benson news letter which i receive regularly. given kim's trusted review, i set out to my local big y market, that very day, to buy your product. i was some what disappointed to only come up with i box of the mac & cheese mix. i was really looking forward to trying the fettuccine. however, the store is not stocking it at this time. i decided to cook it today and give your product a try. i opted not to use the cheese sauce as i had some of my own home made tomato sauce i intended to use with it. well, i am absolutely enamored with your product! tasty, great texture, healthy nutrition values and the best part for me...............only 2 weight watcher points for 1 3/4 cups!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you for finally coming up with a satisfying pasta product! i have been a lifetime member of weight watchers for 4 years. i still follow the 8 healthy guidelines and attend regular meetings because for me, 'nothing tastes as good as thin feels.' for about 4 years, i have avoided pasta because it is such a trigger food for me. a 1 cup serving of whole wheat pasta at a point value of 3 only serves to increase my desire for more. and the substitutions i have tried are endless and tasteless. the water packed asian shirake noodles seem like a good deal for 0 points per 1 serving. however, i defy anyone to be able to actually get a sauce to stick to them or to ever really get the odd after taste out despite many spices and cooking techniques. what good is 0 points of you do not like the taste? and don't get me started on my spaghetti squash experiments! i get an amazing and very filling amount for 1 3/4 cups of fiber gourmet pasta. for the first time in 4 years, i have actually not only enjoyed pasta, (my home made tomato sauce is very good!), but feel full and not guilt! now, how to get it into EVERY grocery store and tell EVERYONE how good it is is up to you folks. if i can help you out there, just let me know. :) i'll keep checking your web site and ordering on line for now. i just had to tell you how much i enjoy and appreciate your product. kudos!

I LOVE the mac n cheese. It is super yummy. I do love a super cheesey mac n cheese so I do add 1/4 cup of shredded velveeta to mine but it truly is fine without it.

WOW!!!!! I Love your items I am also an Italian and on Weight Watchers and boy am I glad that I found your products I have to travel an hr and a half in order to find them, but I am so glad I am able to buy them at the store, I go to once in a while. I just had the tomato fettuccine for the first time and it was amazing! 1 serving fettuccine + canned stewed tomatoes + parmesan cheese = a serving of pasta, sauce and cheese for under 200 calories! so amazing! thank you so much for this product. I love the short cut noodles the best … the nests are still alittle soft for my taste but I eat them sometimes because my husband likes his pasty alittle mushy.. This pasta is so delicious....I am a Life Time Weight Watcher and have shared this with my meeting leader which has then shared with all of her other meetings!! Regular pasta per cup is 4-points and Fiber Gourmet is only 2 and with all the extra fiber too!! For those of us who would rather skip it than eat tasteless cardboard, i.e. most of the other Lo Carb pasta options, Fiber Gourmet is pure joy. It is really, truly, honestly as good or--dare I say it? Better?--then the real thing. The fiber allows you to feel satisfied and push your plate away...although admit, good Italian girl that I am, to wanting to have pasta every night now!! After I heard about your product on www.hungry-girl.com, I drove about 30 miles to the only store in my area that stocks it. I purchased four bags of the short noodles, as that's all they stocked. I immediately scarfed down two, and decided that I'd better come to your site and order more flavors. This stuff is amazing!
