I received my sampler pack yesterday and made my first little batch of Fiber Gourmet pasta (the short-cut fettuccine) for lunch today. All I can say is 'WOW'!!!! Honestly, I can't believe it is 40% less calories than standard pasta. It tastes EXACTLY the same. I am on Weight Watchers and I am sooo excited that I can now eat pasta again without blowing all my points on it. I have never written a thank you email to any company in my life, but this product really warrants a note. Thank you so much for your fantastic pasta!

Last month my friend gave me a bag of your pasta. It was delicious. I love it, my kids love it and even my pain in the neck husband likes it. This past weekend I ordered the 13 pc sample pack and the 10 pc regular. I received my order in 1 day! I was so excited that it shipped so quickly. Thank you for sending the e mail with the tracking number, that was very helpful. I'm giving out a few bags to my friends and hopefully they will like it too. I just wanted to say THANK YOU for making a guilt free pasta. Maybe you could start working on chips and stuff.

The Short Fettuccine tastes absolutely incredible. It achieves amazing al dente texture and tastes just like regular fettuccine; I'm hooked! This pasta is so delicious....I am a Life Time Weight Watcher and have shared this with my meeting leader which has then shared with all of her other meetings!! Regular pasta per cup is 4-points and Fiber Gourmet is only 2 and with all the extra fiber too!! My family loves it and I keep some cooked and on hand for my 17 year old son to eat when he comes in from school! Kudos to Fiber Gourmet

I am in ecstasy! Fiber Gourmet has done it--restored pasta to the Lo Carb menu! For those of us who would rather skip it than eat tasteless cardboard, i.e. most of the other Lo Carb pasta options, Fiber Gourmet is pure joy. It is really, truly, honestly as good or--dare I say it? Better?--then the real thing. The fiber allows you to feel satisfied and push your plate away...although admit, good Italian girl that I am, to wanting to have pasta every night now!! For the brides I meet at HereComesTheGuide who are looking for a healthy way to trim down for the Big Day, I wholeheartedly recommend this product. Molto Grazie!

I just purchased the mini sampler with spinach, garlic parsley and whole wheat. I just had some for dinner and let me tell you it was delish!!! It is better than anything I have tried off the store shelves. I will be purchasing this pasta only from now on. It was packaged nicely and nothing was broken, the serving sizes are big and the fiber is great. The no guilt pasta made me a believer. Very, very good.

When it called for elbow macaroni in my low fat dish I just broke up some of this pasta. Mmmmmm gooooood!! Worked like a charm. Great product, all my WW friends are into it now too.
It was delicious. Nothing at all like the named brand whole wheat pasta.

I heard about your product from HungryGirl.com. I have tried may of her recommendations and most of them have been hit or miss. This, however, was definitely a hit !! Your pasta is terrific. Tastes just like the real thing. I know a lot of people, in an effor to eat healthier have switched to whole wheat pasta but that does have a grainy texture. I personally don't mind that but since discovering your product I will never eat anything else but. Thank you, thank you , thank you !!

After I heard about your product on www.hungry-girl.com, I drove about 30 miles to the only store in my area that stocks it. I purchased four bags of the short noodles, as that's all they stocked. I immediately scarfed down two, and decided that I'd better come to your site and order more flavors. This stuff is amazing! The kids don't know the difference, and that's important when trying to feed your kids better. Please make more products with this ingredient; I'll buy whatever you make!

ABSOLUTELY DELISH! My only suggestion is to cook for only 7 minutes for a perfect texture, not 8-10 min as suggested on the packaging. (She's right! We've updated the new bags accordingly, actually - the Editor)
